Returns and Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: We at Shoe Dock LLC maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges. If your product was damaged by the shipping carrier, we will send you a new product replacement as long as you provide us with pictures clearly showing the damaged area.

RESTOCKING FEE: Returns are not excepted, as all sales are final. If your shoe rack was damaged in shipping, we will generally not require the damaged product be returned to us. As mentioned above, we will, however, require photos emailed to us, showing CLEARLY the damaged area/areas.

QUESTIONS: If you have any questions about this return policy, please contact us at ShoeDock@proton.me. Please supply us with the date you purchased our product, your shipping address, and of course, photoes of the damaged area/areas. Other information may be required in order to help you.
